Today's exercise wheel for a session at home
Twelve bodyweight moves that need no equipment. Three to five spins is a workout you can start now.
The hardest part of training at home is often not the training but the ten minutes spent deciding what to do, and those ten minutes are usually where the session dies. The wheel removes that step. All twelve exercises here use bodyweight only and fit in a small patch of floor, and you should edit the list to your own level before you start.
How do I build a session with the wheel?
Spin three to five times to pick the exercises, then do three sets of each. Warm up first and set the reps to suit where you are now.
- Remove what does not suit you
Delete anything your knees or shoulders do not tolerate, and do that before the first spin.
- Spin for three to five moves
Switch on remove after win so the session does not repeat an exercise.
- Choose your own reps and sets
The wheel picks the movement; the volume is yours to set based on today's level.
Today's exercise wheel questions
Is this a training programme?
No. It is a random picker over a list you control, not a programme and not medical advice. If you are carrying an injury or managing a health condition, check with someone qualified before working from any list, including this one.
How many reps should I do?
The wheel sets no reps, because levels differ far too much. A common approach is three sets of each, stopping while you could still manage about two more.
How do I split it by muscle group?
Build a few separate wheels, one for upper body and one for lower, and save each to your account. Then each session is a matter of opening the right one.
