Using SpinWheelzy
SpinWheelzy is a free online spin wheel. By using it you agree to these terms. The tools are provided as they are, without a guarantee of uptime or of fitness for any particular purpose, and may change or be withdrawn.
Your account and content
You are responsible for keeping your password private and for everything saved under your account. Wheels you save belong to you; by publishing a wheel to the gallery you let any visitor view, spin and duplicate it.
- Do not publish wheels that contain personal data about other people, hateful or unlawful content, or content you do not have the right to share.
- We may unpublish or remove a wheel or an account that breaks these rules.
- You can delete your account and its wheels yourself at any time from the dashboard.
Randomness and responsibility
Every spin is random and fair as described on the fairness page, and nothing is decided on a server. How you use a result, whether for a game, a class, a draw or a promotion, is your responsibility, including any law that applies to prize draws where you are.
Advertising
The site is funded by advertising. Do not click ads on your own wheels to generate revenue, and do not send automated traffic to the site.
Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, SpinWheelzy is not liable for losses arising from the use of the tools, from the result of a spin, or from the site being unavailable.
