How do we play the New Year wheel?

Will it need rewriting next year?
No. Nothing on the wheel names a year or a zodiac animal, so it opens next New Year exactly as useful as it is now. Add a few turns of your own if you want it to fit your household more closely.
Can we combine it with red envelopes?
