What to eat today wheel for a group lunch
Everyone says they do not mind and then nobody picks. One spin produces an answer that no single person has to defend.
The lunch question costs an office group about fifteen minutes a day, mostly because nobody wants to be the one choosing for everyone else. The wheel takes that job: the list is on screen, everyone sees the full set of options before the spin, and the result belongs to no one. The twelve samples are ordinary lunch options, so replace them with the places you can actually walk to.
How do we pick lunch with a wheel?
Edit the list to the places near your office, show it to everyone, and spin once. Whatever comes up is lunch, with no second spin.
- Swap in your own places
Open the bulk box and add one option per line. Drop anywhere that is closed today.
- Agree the rule first
One spin, result stands. Anyone who cannot eat something should say so before it goes on the wheel.
- Share the link with latecomers
The share button gives you a link that carries the list, ready to paste into the team chat for tomorrow.
What to eat today questions
What about vegetarians or allergies in the group?
Ask first and delete anything that does not work, which takes under a minute. The wheel should only hold options everyone present can actually eat, otherwise half the results send you straight back to spinning again.
Can we keep the team's list for tomorrow?
Two ways. Press share for a link that carries the whole list and pin it in the team chat, or sign in and save the wheel to your account so it is waiting on your dashboard whenever you need it.
Can a favourite place come up more often?
Weights in advanced settings let one option carry more than one share, and it takes a wider slice on the wheel. Tell the group you did it, because weights are not printed anywhere on the wheel itself.
