Click the wheel or press space to spin
Percentage wheel from 1 to 100, ready to spin
All hundred numbers are loaded, so there is nothing to type. The number that comes up is shown in the result panel after each spin.
Plenty of tabletop games and classroom exercises need a number between 1 and 100: a percentile check on a risky move, a random sample, or a probability demo a class can watch. This wheel carries all hundred numbers, so the page is ready the moment it opens. A hundred slices leaves none of them wide enough to print on, which is why the labels are hidden and the number appears in the result panel instead.
How do I roll a percentage?
Press spin and read the number in the result panel. Numbers can repeat between spins, exactly as they would if you rolled a hundred-sided die twice.
- Spin and read the panel
The slices carry no printed numbers because they are too narrow. The result sits beside the wheel.
- Compare it to your threshold
For instance the move succeeds on 70 or under, and the whole table sees the same number you do.
- Look back over the rolls
The results tab keeps every roll in order, and the copy button takes the list out for a worksheet.
1 to 100 wheel questions
Why are the numbers not printed on the wheel?
A hundred slices around one circle gives each of them three and a half degrees, so printed numbers would run into each other. Hiding the labels keeps the wheel readable, and the number that wins is shown large in the result panel.
Can the same number come up twice?
Yes, and for most uses that is correct, because each spin is an independent roll. If you need to draw all hundred numbers without repeats, open advanced settings and set after win to remove.
What if I need a different range, say 1 to 10?
The number wheel page has a range box: type the first and last number and it rebuilds the list. This template is simply that range prebuilt for people who want 1 to 100 every time.
